WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
There is a handling period on all orders, usually no more than 2 - 3 business days.
The majority of our orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many cases, we usually ship from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. DigitalDeviant.com cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In these cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. DigitalDeviant.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
For promotional items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

We are only able to ship within the United States currently. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You can be assured that our third-party payment gateway providers, PayPal are completely safe and trusted in handling and processing all your payments with our store! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and any other critically sensitive information you provide us with like your credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer or electronic device and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
